Levels of Membership

Level	Description	Annual Fee
Standard	Includes notification of events,	$15.00
	a quarterly newsletter, and
	invitation to salons.

Active	Includes all the above plus	$25.00
	advertised exhibitions in local
	galleries and businesses and
	invitation to the annual member
	show in November.

Business	For established businesses that	$35.00
	wish to expand the society by
	displaying members work in their
	establishment. Membership is
	for two employees/officers of the
	business as active members.

To become a member of Monthaven Art Society, just print, fill out, and mail the Membership Application along with the appropriate fee (check made payable to Monthaven Art Society) to the following address:
